Eden Energy Medicine is a deeply balancing and transformative touch-based modality that works with the body's energy systems. Energy Medicine uses energy testing to get the truth from your body about what your energies need in order to come back into alignment. Through this dance of testing and stimulating your energies in a session, we are able to see patterns and themes emerge regarding the wellbeing of your physical, spiritual, emotional, and energetic body to ensure that they are working together harmoniously to keep you well in every way.
Eden Energy Medicine is uniquely able to get to the root of an issue to address its symptoms, intelligently working to rewire old energetic patterns in favor of new, healthy ones. While Energy Medicine cannot be used to diagnose or treat illnesses, the beautiful thing about this modality is how well it pairs with and supports other treatment methods. Energy Testing used in Energy Medicine can be most closely compared to Touch for Health or muscle testing in the field of Applied Kinesiology.

Healing sessions are 90 to 120 minutes, with 90 being the most common. Session length is determined by your areas and severity of need, as well as any time and budget-related constraints. 120 min. sessions are typically planned in advance with prior testing indicating that deeper work is needed. After your session, you'll be given "homework" exercises for maintenance to help your body integrate and hold the work we did in the session.
